Glorious Colors for 2015

As many of our Phoenix Group clients look for to the completion of their wonderful new homes in 2015 we turn our attention to the latest trends on interior colors. Let’s look at what was hot for 2014 and what to expect for 2015.

Sherman Williams ‘Paint Color of the Year’, Exclusive Plum is a sophisticated violet, a balance of cool blue and feisty red with a splash of gray.

Benjamin Moore’s Color of the Year is this pale relaxing green, part of a trend towards greens that BM says will grow in 2015.

Pittsburgh Paint’s bold Blue Paisley, which they project as Color of the Year for 2015, illustrates the move towards super “vibrant yet stylish colors that pay off our unique experiences and tap into our desire for global eclecticism".

Benjamin Moore also predicts a move towards super-saturated blues and violets for 2015.

For the more traditional home, pale hues in layers is the trend for 2015. Pale grays and barely there pinks will lead the way.

Continuing this trend is this toned down fireplace and mantle in soft grays and off-whites.
